The Chadwick Project is a women-helping-women initiative where Enactus students guide women of the Chadwick Residence to gain independence and self-sufficiency. Each week our team visits the Chadwick Residence of Syracuse and creates long-term relationships with women who are in need.
The Chadwick Residence focuses on providing sustainable, independent living for homeless women and their children. These women come from diverse backgrounds and are looking for assistance in GED practice, job applications, and resume building.
Each woman at Chadwick creates a Service Plan, which focuses on developing independent living skills. Along with the Chadwick Residence organization, our Enactus team encourages these women to develop as individuals mentally, physically, and socially. #girlpower
